This is the second post in a series. To understand the concept behind the series, refer back to Part 1.
Relaxation
Train hard. Relax hard.

Hey, i think youre missing the text! I like this blog, and would love to read the content of this post, but i dont see anything besides the photo, the word “Relaxation” and the title…
Hi whiteBelt-
“Relaxation,” is the text. Please refer to Part 1.
Luc, I like your blog very much, too. Your “1000 lights” post had me up on my office chair at lunch, doing siu nim tao! In regard to these posts, however, I have to say that sometimes, a straight answer from one’s sifu is precisely what a student needs to further their kung fu. We can’t always figure things out on our own, no matter how much time we may spend puzzling over a given problem. Thanks!
i understand now! i am guilty of thinking too hard, a problem i consistently have in my training. instead, i must simply “do.”
Hi Lyse-
I’m glad you’re enjoying the blog. Thank you for taking the time to post a comment.
First off, the economy is rough. Be careful what you do in your office chair!
I agree that there is a time to ask your sifu. Part of learning ving tsun is understanding when that time is.
